Since we launched our Protect Children Not Porn campaign, these states have introduced legislation requiring porn sites to verify the age of its users and/or require manufacturers of internet-enabled devices to include and automatically enable filters.

History is Being Made, But We Need Your Voice!

Since 2021, Exodus Cry has been calling for laws to protect children from porn exposure by requiring porn sites to use ID-based age verification, ensuring its visitors are 18+. These laws would protect millions of children from the life-altering effects of underage exposure to porn.

Over 100 anti-trafficking, women’s rights and child protection organizations have since signed on in support. On January 1, 2023, Louisiana became the first state to pass an age verification law and, in just a few short months, many states have joined this critical movement.

What’s happening right now is monumental and history-shaping, but we need to keep up this momentum! Add your voice by signing our petition calling for required age verification on sites that host porn. We’ll be sending this petition to every state legislature who has yet to pass age verification laws.
